- Incorrect Orders Due to Company Error: In case of an error with your order, such as an incorrect size, color, or incomplete set, we will promptly address and rectify the issue. Please notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon evaluation, we will collaborate with you to replace the item at no extra charge.

Refunds

- When your order arrives in your country, your local customs authority may apply import duties or taxes. These fees vary depending on the item’s value, materials, and country of origin. Because every country has different regulations, we’re unable to estimate these costs in advance.
- Please note that it’s the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any applicable duties or import taxes before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges.
- If you choose not to pay import duties or taxes and decide to reject your parcel, a restocking fee—along with any shipping and delivery costs—will be deducted from your refund.
