At Hotix, we are committed to providing fast and effective shipping.
Shipping typically takes 4 - 8 business days.
Preorder typically takes 4-5 weeks. Unless stated otherwise on product page.
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1–4 business days before shipping.
Sales & Holidays
- During sale and promotional periods, we may receive a large volume of orders which may result in delays in shipping.
- As such, please anticipate additional processing time for your order during these times, as well as on public holidays.
What is a preorder?
To order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.
Pre Orders
- The estimated shipping date for pre-orders will be displayed on the product page, and your order will be shipped on or after that date.
- Please keep in mind that we are unable to provide exact shipping dates for pre-orders, but we will notify you if there are any delays.
- Additionally, please note that pre-order orders cannot be canceled unless otherwise stated. In some cases, we may allow a short time frame for cancellations, at our discretion.
Combine Orders
- We strive to reduce waste and our carbon footprint by consolidating orders placed under the same name and shipping address.
- This means that if your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, they will be shipped together once all items are available. This not only helps us save on packaging, but it also benefits the environment.
Editing Orders & Addresses
- In order to avoid any issues, please double check your billing and shipping information before placing your order.
- Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made to the items, shipping addresses, or names.
Our dispatch team works quickly, so it is important to ensure accuracy before placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
- When your order arrives in your country, your local customs authority may apply import duties or taxes. These fees vary depending on the item’s value, materials, and country of origin. Because every country has different regulations, we’re unable to estimate these costs in advance.
- Please note that it’s the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any applicable duties or import taxes before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges.
- If you choose not to pay import duties or taxes and decide to reject your parcel, a restocking fee—along with any shipping and delivery costs—will be deducted from your refund.
